Newstaff Employment is hiring a Rework and Packing Assistant to join a friendly warehouse team in Bletchley. In this role, you will support daily warehouse operations by reworking customer orders, packing products, carrying out quality checks, and preparing orders for dispatch. Salary: £12.71 per hour
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:40pm

Key Responsibilities
- Rework customer orders to the required standard
- Pick and pack light products accurately and efficiently
- Label products and customer orders correctly
- Assemble boxes ready for dispatch
- Carry out quality checks on completed orders
- Prepare orders for shipment within required timescales
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
- Follow warehouse procedures and health and safety guidelines at all times
Essential Skills & Experience
- Reliable and hard-working attitude
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good manual dexterity and ability to carry out repetitive tasks accurately
- Ability to stand and work on your feet throughout the shift
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Previous warehouse, packing, production, or rework experience is beneficial but not essential
- Ability to carry out manual handling duties safely
- Safety boots and a high-visibility vest are essential
