Newstaff Employment is hiring a Rework and Packing Assistant to join a friendly warehouse team in Bletchley. In this role, you will support daily warehouse operations by reworking customer orders, packing products, carrying out quality checks, and preparing orders for dispatch. Therefore, this is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and detail-focused individual looking for ongoing work within a supportive team environment.

Location: Bletchley

Salary: £12.71 per hour

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:40pm

Job Type: Ongoing Temporary Immediate Starts Available

Key Responsibilities

  • Rework customer orders to the required standard
  • Pick and pack light products accurately and efficiently
  • Label products and customer orders correctly
  • Assemble boxes ready for dispatch
  • Carry out quality checks on completed orders
  • Prepare orders for shipment within required timescales
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
  • Follow warehouse procedures and health and safety guidelines at all times

  • Reliable and hard-working attitude
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good manual dexterity and ability to carry out repetitive tasks accurately
  • Ability to stand and work on your feet throughout the shift

  • Previous warehouse, packing, production, or rework experience is beneficial but not essential
