Picker/Packer

Newstaff Employment Services is looking for a full-time Picker/Packer to join a small and friendly warehouse team based in Bletchley. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for the right candidate, offering stability and career growth.

The successful applicant will be responsible for packing, picking, labelling, and stock management in a cold warehouse environment, working efficiently to meet KPIs., * Packing items at a bench into the correct packaging.

• Labelling products using a scanner and Warehouse Management System (WMS).

• Loading and unloading stock and placing items on racking.

• Picking orders accurately to meet customer requirements.

• Making up boxes and assisting with general warehouse duties during quieter periods.

• Maintaining a tidy and organised warehouse.

• Working efficiently to achieve KPIs., Accepted file types: pdf, doc, docx, ppt, pptx, html, md, txt, jpg, gif, png, Max. file size: 5 MB.

• Previous warehouse experience is essential.

• Comfortable standing at a bench for long periods.

• Basic computer skills for printing labels and using the WMS.

• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy.

• Good level of English communication skills.

• Quick, efficient, and able to work independently while meeting KPIs.

• Comfortable working in a cold warehouse environment.

• Competitive pay rate of £11.50 per hour.

• Monday to Friday working hours with a structured rota.

• Saturday work (1-2 times per month).

• Free on-site parking.
