Newstaff Employment Services is seeking a motivated and friendly Customer Service/Warehouse Operative to join our team in Luton. Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist customers with order placements, tracking, and product information.
- Support warehouse activities including picking, packing, and organizing products for shipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock management.
- Coordinate with warehouse team members to ensure efficient processing of orders.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines within the warehouse environment.
- Perform general administrative tasks related to customer service and warehouse operations.
- Previous experience in customer service and/or warehouse operations is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills for documentation and order processing.
- Ability to lift and move physical items as needed.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends if required.
This job role starts on a part time basis 8am – 12pm. However, they do need someone who can be fully flexible and work 40 hours in the company's busy periods.
