Newstaff Employment is hiring reliable and motivated Production Operatives in Hitchin to support a busy manufacturing and production environment. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and being part of a fast-paced team.
Location: Hitchin
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience
Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (shift patterns may apply)
Job Type: Temporary to permanent opportunities available
Key Responsibilities:
- Working on a production or assembly line to meet daily targets
- Operating basic machinery and production equipment
- Packing, labelling, and quality checking finished products
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
- Keeping the work area clean and organised
- Supporting other departments when required
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a production or warehouse environment is preferred but not essential
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work efficiently in a team
