Location & Compensation

Location: Beeston, Sandy
Salary: £18.00–£19.00 per hour
Working Hours: Monday to Friday
Job Type: Full‑time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver timber products safely and efficiently to trade sites with time‑critical schedules.
• Secure loads using straps, edge protectors, and industry‑standard safety methods.
• Interact professionally with customers during deliveries, representing the company in a positive light.
• Conduct daily vehicle checks, complete accurate paperwork, and maintain vehicle cleanliness.
• Carry out manual handling when required (training provided).

Essential Skills & Experience

• Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence.
• CPC qualification and Digital Tachograph card.
• Confident handling of strapped or irregular loads.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
• Experience delivering timber, flatbed loads, or construction materials preferred but not essential.
