Newstaff Employment is hiring a Warehouse Operative to join a friendly and supportive warehouse team in Barton-le-Clay. In this role, you will support the day-to-day warehouse operation by assisting with goods in, goods out, stock control, and general warehouse duties. Therefore, this is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity for a reliable and hard-working individual looking to join a well-established company.

Salary: £13.00 per hour

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Job Type: Temp to Perm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with goods in and goods out processes
  • Check deliveries and dispatches using the internal computer system
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch
  • Load and unload deliveries safely
  • Operate warehouse machinery where trained and authorised
  • Support the production team when required
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
  • Follow company health and safety procedures at all times
