This is a consultative, telephone‑based sales role where you’ll be speaking directly with business owners and decision‑makers across the county. You’ll take the time to understand their goals and recommend tailored advertising strategies from our digital display and print portfolio. To be considered for this role, you must be based within commuting distance of the office and available to work Monday to Friday during office hours.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and win new business by proactively reaching out to potential clients across your region using cold calling and outbound sales techniques.
- Work to clear financial targets and KPIs, consistently striving to exceed monthly revenue goals and performance benchmarks.
- Manage and grow existing client accounts, providing ongoing support, identifying upsell opportunities, and increasing client spend through strategic recommendations.
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, using a consultative approach to move prospects through the sales cycle.
- Build long‑term relationships with clients by providing expert advice, excellent service, and ongoing support.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and campaign delivery for new clients.
