We are seeking a Print Production Technician – Pre-Press to join our busy Pre‑Press team at our Oxfordshire print operation. This is a hands‑on production role within a fast‑paced newspaper and print environment, playing a key part in ensuring pages are prepared, plated and delivered accurately to press. Working closely with both Pre‑Press and Print teams, the Print Production Technician – Pre-Press will be responsible for the day‑to‑day operation of Computer‑to‑Plate equipment, producing printing plates to a consistently high standard and supporting a smooth and efficient production workflow. The role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work under tight deadlines, and a proactive approach to quality and accuracy. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with existing CTP or pre‑press experience, or for a candidate with the right aptitude looking to develop their skills in a professional print production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating and maintaining CTP equipment
