At LOCALiQ, video is one of the most powerful ways we help businesses establish, showcase and promote their brand - bringing stories to life through bold, engaging content that connects with real audiences. We’re looking for a Videographer to join our team on a hybrid basis, with your office site in Norwich. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll work across a wide variety of client projects, collaborating closely with commercial colleagues to shape creative concepts and briefs, then taking them through production from shoot to edit and delivery.

You’ll be confident filming on location, directing where needed, and producing high‑quality finished video that meets the brief, hits the deadline, and reflects LOCALiQ’s standards. You’ll also be part of an experienced video team based across the UK, working together to deliver content that exceeds client expectations. This role will occasionally involve unsociable hours (including evenings/weekends) and overnight stays, depending on client requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver end-to-end video projects for external clients: planning, filming, editing and final delivery.
  • Work with commercial colleagues to develop creative concepts, translate client needs into clear briefs, and shape the video approach.
  • Interpret scripts, storyboards and concepts to ensure the final output meets expectations and aligns to the agreed brief.
  • Attend client sites/locations to set up and film efficiently, ensuring consistent production quality.
  • Edit projects to a high standard (including work not filmed by yourself where required), creating multiple assets/versions for different channels.
  • Manage multiple projects at once, prioritising workload and adapting quickly when timelines shift.
