From independent retailers to ambitious SMEs, we’re trusted to deliver real impact, and you’ll be right at the heart of that. This is a consultative, client-facing sales role where you’ll build relationships with businesses across your territory, understand what success looks like for them, and deliver tailored digital solutions that genuinely move the needle. You’ll work in a hybrid way, combining remote working with regular client visits and time in our office. This is a role for someone who enjoys being out in the market, meeting customers, spotting opportunities, and turning conversations into long-term partnerships.
We offer a competitive base salary of up to £32,000, with uncapped commission giving you realistic on-target earnings of £51,000, plus the opportunity to grow your career in one of the UK’s leading media and marketing organisations. Key Responsibilities- Drive B2B sales across your territory through a mix of phone, video, and face-to-face meetings
- Take a consultative approach by understanding each client’s goals and recommending the right digital solutions
- Sell a full suite of digital products, including paid social, digital display, websites, and video advertising solutions
- Identify and convert new business opportunities, as well as re-engage lapsed clients
- Build strong, lasting relationships through excellent account management and delivery
- Research your clients and local marketplace to develop relevant, insight-led proposals
- Manage and grow your own customer base through proactive territory planning
- Hit and exceed KPIs, including revenue targets, meetings booked, and pipeline activity
- Maintain accurate records and follow up consistently to maximise conversion
- Proven success in a B2B sales role, ideally within a consultative or solution-led environment
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, including paid social, display, video, and websites
- Confident in winning new business through outbound activity and relationship building
- Comfortable selling to business owners and decision makers, both in person and virtually
- Strong communication and influencing skills with a natural ability to build rapport
- Able to manage and grow existing client accounts for long-term value
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient

- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for client meetings
