Based in Enniskillen and covering the wider region, you’ll represent the well‑established Impartial Reporter brand, working directly with local businesses to deliver tailored advertising strategies across both digital and print platforms.

This is a field‑based, consultative sales role where you’ll be out in your territory, booking and attending meetings with business owners and decision‑makers. From first contact through to closing deals and managing ongoing relationships, you’ll take a solution‑led approach to driving revenue and delivering real results for your clients. This is not a desk‑based position. You’ll be out meeting clients face‑to‑face, gaining a deep understanding of their business needs and showing them how LOCALiQ can support their growth.

To be successful, you must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle, as travel across the territory is essential. This is a full‑time role, Monday to Friday during standard office hours.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and win new business through proactive outreach, including cold calling and territory‑based prospecting
  • Book and attend face‑to‑face meetings with local business owners and key decision‑makers
  • Achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets and KPIs
  • Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline, using a consultative approach to move opportunities through the sales cycle
  • Build and maintain long‑term client relationships, providing ongoing support and strategic advice
  • Grow existing accounts by identifying upsell opportunities and increasing client investment
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of campaigns
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity and LOCALiQ’s product offering
  • Represent LOCALiQ and the Impartial Reporter brand with professionalism and credibility in the local market
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, with confidence in selling to business owners and decision‑makers
  • Experience in outbound sales and cold calling, with the ability to generate new opportunities from scratch
  • Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions
  • Confident in managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting through to closing and account management
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain strong, long‑term client relationships
  • Commercially driven, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in digital and/or print advertising is advantageous
  • Must hold a full UK driving licence
  • Must have access to a vehicle suitable for business use
  • Able to travel across Enniskillen and the wider region
