37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

£24,705 – £26,823 per annum

We currently have vacancies at both our Ipswich Road and Easton sites. This is an exciting time to join our organisation and contribute to delivering a high‐quality examinations service for our students and academic teams.

In this role, you will ensure that all examination and achievement administrative processes are completed accurately and on time. This includes:

  • The booking and scheduling of assessments
  • Preparation of exam materials
  • Processing and claiming achievements
  • Maintaining a large student database
  • Analysing the data held within it

You will provide support to a wide range of customers, including students, academic staff and external stakeholders. The role is office‐based, and you will work collaboratively as part of a busy and supportive team.

Applicants should be qualified to at least Level 3 and have experience of using complex databases and systems. Strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills and the ability to work to deadlines are essential for success in this role.
