Description Location: Working across Suffolk, with a focus on Ipswich Town home games
Contract Type: Casual / Event-Based
Are you energetic, approachable and love meeting members of the public? We're looking for friendly, confident Event Staff to support our promotional activity across Suffolk, especially at Ipswich Town Football Club and Suffolk County events. You'll sell copies of the East Anglian Daily Times and Ipswich Star using various incentives, including our well-known "goody bags", set up branded stands and represent our titles in a professional and engaging manner. Working as part of our wider team, you'll be supported all the way by our on-site Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
- Attending outdoor events and setting up branded stands and gazebos
- Preparing "goody bags" by inserting newspapers and promotional items
- Selling "goody bags" to the public and encouraging engagement with our brands
- Wearing a branded uniform and maintaining a smart, approachable appearance
- Ensuring event setups are tidy, professional, and public-facing
- Unloading equipment following manual handling guidelines (training provided)

- You will be confident, vocal, and comfortable engaging with the public
- Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
