Exciting opportunity to work for a Space Company! Our client, a well-established NewSpace company is seeking a reliable and proactive Office Manager to provide on-site cover and maintain day-to-day office operations.
Working Pattern:
- Part-time: 8:30am β 1:00pm, Monday to Friday
- Full-Time: 9:00am - 17:00pm Monday to Friday (with some flexibility)
Location: On-site, Glasgow
Start Date: Immediate start preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site presence to receive deliveries and manage access for contractors and service providers
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors, suppliers, and building management
- Support basic office operations, including facilities coordination and workspace readiness
- Ensure the office is secure, organised, and operational during core hours
- Escalate issues to leadership or external providers as required
About You:
- Reliable, organised, and comfortable working independently
- Previous experience in office support, administration, facilities, or receptionist roles
- Confident dealing with contractors, suppliers, and visitors
- Practical, hands-on approach with a strong sense of responsibility
