Are you an experienced Electronic Hardware Design Engineer with a passion for high-speed FPGA electronics and complex PCB design? Join our New Space client in Glasgow, where you'll work on cutting-edge Space Technology in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Design and develop high-speed FPGA electronics systems, ensuring top performance and reliability.
- Lead high-speed, high-density PCB routing (8+ layers) to create advanced circuit boards.
- Work with Altium Designer or Pads Professional to develop robust, manufacturable designs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver next-generation electronic solutions.
- Conduct simulations, testing, and troubleshooting to refine and optimize designs.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years’ experience in designing high-speed FPGA electronic systems.
- 5+ years’ experience in high-speed, high-density PCB routing (8+ layers).
- 5+ years’ experience using Altium Designer or Pads Professional.
- Strong understanding of signal integrity, power integrity, and EMI/EMC design principles.
- Experience with schematic capture, layout, and board-level debugging.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
