One of the UK’s largest and most high-profile infrastructure programmes has engaged our services to appoint a HR Director to lead the organisation’s people agenda. This role will provide strategic counsel on all people-related matters, including attraction, development, retention and engagement, alongside the management of associated risks and mitigation. The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping and delivering a transformational people strategy aligned to the programme’s scale and complexity.
