Job Duties
- Assess the needs of service users in partnership with them and their families.
- Formulate and implement personalized care and support plans based on individual needs.
- Administer prescribed medications and monitor service users for side effects and responses.
- Carry out physical health checks, including monitoring blood pressure, glucose, and weight.
- Maintain comprehensive clinical records and prepare relevant reports as necessary.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve the quality of service user experiences and interventions.

- Lead the clinical care for an assigned caseload of service users.
Job Requirements
- Education: Hold an RMN or a Dip/BSc (Hons) in Mental Health Nursing.
