Responsibilities- Identify bottlenecks, friction points, and inefficiencies across all business functions
- Map existing workflows, and co-design improved systems with internal teams
- Build and deploy AI-powered and automated workflows to remove repetitive manual work
- Design simple, intuitive systems that replace complex multi-step processes
- Lead cross-functional projects from concept through rollout and adoption
- Evaluate and integrate third-party tools and decide when to build versus buy solutions
- Create and maintain coherent internal systems architecture and data flows
- Develop internal dashboards, reporting tools, and lightweight internal applications
- Champion best practices in automation, tooling, and operational excellence
- Ensure new systems deliver measurable improvements in efficiency and user experience
- Strong experience with workflow automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, or n8n
- Proven ability to build internal tools, dashboards, or operational systems
