This is a full-time, skilled worker role offering a competitive hourly rate of £13.47 – £13.90 per hour. About Role
As a Reablement Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals regain independence in their daily lives following hospitalisation. Working closely with occupational therapists, you will assist in creating and implementing personalised reablement plans tailored to each individual’s needs. This role requires flexibility to work on a rota basis between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM, 365 days a year, demonstrating adaptability, teamwork, and a genuine passion for making a positive difference in people’s lives.
