  • Manage a full residential property caseload from instruction to completion including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate property-related contracts and legal documentation.
  • Conduct title checks, property searches, and due diligence processes.
  • Provide clear and detailed legal reports and updates to clients throughout transactions.
  • Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other third parties to ensure smooth transaction flow.
