About RoleAs a Process Technician, you will play a critical hands-on role in transforming R&D concepts into stable, repeatable manufacturing processes. Responsibilities- Execute lithography, deposition, etch, bonding, and metrology steps according to defined process flows
- Support rapid prototyping cycles from mask load to measured die and documented results
- Operate and maintain key cleanroom tools, including routine checks and first-line troubleshooting
- Perform metrology and inspection using profilometry, optical microscopy, SEM, and CD measurements
- Maintain strict cleanroom discipline, safety standards, and SOP compliance
- Record, organise, and manage structured processes and run data for DOE and SPC activities
- Collaborate with engineers, partners, and equipment vendors during trials and process transfers
- Contribute to the documentation of recipes, procedures, and equipment performance improvements
- At least 2 years of experience in semiconductor, MEMS, photonics, or micro-fabrication environments
- Hands-on experience in photolithography, plasma etch, thin-film deposition, wafer bonding, and wet etch
- Strong understanding of cleanroom protocols and ISO-class environments
- Experience using metrology tools such as profilometry, ellipsometry, optical microscopy, or SEM
- Ability to follow detailed SOPs and document results with high precision
- HNC/HND, B.Tech., or B.Sc. in Engineering, Physics, Materials, Electronics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in fast-paced, collaborative technical teams
