Costello Medical is recruiting a Project Coordinator to join its Evidence Development team in Manchester, with additional availability in Cambridge, London, and Bristol. About Role
The Project Coordinator will support scientific project teams by overseeing administrative, coordination, and selected scientific tasks to ensure the timely and high‑quality delivery of client work. The role primarily supports Literature Review projects, with exposure to broader Evidence Development initiatives, including statistical outputs. Working closely with Project Managers and Analysts, the successful candidate will coordinate timelines, manage documentation quality control, support referencing and data extraction, and liaise with clients and external suppliers. The role requires strong organisational skills, scientific literacy, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines in a fast‑paced consultancy setting. Responsibilities
- Coordinate day‑to‑day project activities and monitor timelines
