Urban Italian Group is expanding and seeking experienced Bar Managers and Bar Supervisors to join its dynamic hospitality leadership team. Based in London (with wider operations across Sweden and Spain), this opportunity offers competitive monthly compensation of €2,800–€3,500 plus tips, housing support (T&Cs apply), and strong international career mobility.
About Role
As Bar Manager, you will take full ownership of bar operations within a high-volume, full à la carte restaurant environment. You will lead and develop the bar team, maintain exceptional service standards, and drive operational and financial performance. As Bar Supervisor, you will support daily service operations, ensure consistency in drink quality and presentation, and act as a leadership role model during peak service periods.
