Job Duties
- Provide specialist clinical pharmacy services to cancer patients across oncology treatment pathways.
- Support aseptic preparation services ensuring compliance with external audit and regulatory standards.
- Monitor chemotherapy regimens and clinically validate prescriptions prior to medicine preparation.
- Ensure safe and effective manufacture of SACT medicines following approved clinical standards.
