Responsibilities- Perform advanced skin and aesthetic treatments, including laser hair removal, HydroFacial, microneedling RF, chemical peels, and skin tightening treatments
- Conduct detailed client consultations and professional skin assessments
- Design personalised treatment plans based on individual client needs and goals
- Educate clients on skincare routines and recommend appropriate homecare products
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and treatment documentation
- Ensure strict compliance with hygiene, safety, and clinical protocols
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure clients feel comfortable and confident
- Support clinic growth by promoting treatment packages, memberships, and courses
