A permanent Customer Support Advisor opportunity is now available in Lancaster, England, offering a starting salary of £22,256 per annum and a hybrid working model (office-based Monday–Thursday, remote Fridays). About RoleAs a Customer Support Advisor, you’ll become a key part of the customer experience journey, providing high-quality support to schools and education partners using specialist learning solutions. You will work within International Dyslexia Learning Solutions, supporting licence renewals, managing enquiries, and building strong client relationships while helping customers maximise the value of their products and services.
This is a 35-hour-per-week permanent role based at the Lancaster Head Office, combining structured in-office collaboration with flexible home working on Fridays. The position suits individuals who thrive in a service-driven environment, enjoy relationship-building, and are motivated by achieving retention and customer satisfaction targets.

Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service across the full customer journey
- Support licence renewals and contribute to customer retention targets
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers
- Provide ongoing advice and guidance on products and services
- Handle inbound enquiries and coordinate client meetings when required
- Proactively engage customers to increase product uptake and satisfaction
- Accurately update customer information using internal systems and databases
- Organise and prioritise daily tasks to meet deadlines and service standards
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to work towards targets and deadlines
- Customer-focused mindset with a positive, “can-do” attitude
- Competency using ICT tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and databases
- Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
