Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and serving of meals to specification

  • Support the Cook and deputise when required
  • Ensure high standards of kitchen cleanliness and hygiene

  • Experience supporting vulnerable individuals and dietary requirements
  • NVQ Level 2 (City & Guilds) in Professional Cookery, or willingness to work towards
  • Knowledge of food hygiene standards
  • Understanding of health and safety in food preparation
  • Ability to pass an enhanced DBS check
