Responsibilities

  • Provide expert technical support to customers and distributors via phone, email, and on-site visits

  • Create technical content such as application notes, competitor comparisons, and videos
  • Support Product Managers during development, testing, and new product launches
  • Perform regression testing during the alpha and beta phases of products
  • Maintain demonstration equipment, complete reports, and manage workshop tasks
  • Update customer interactions and activities in the CRM system

Requirements

  • Solid understanding of electrical installations and electrical testing procedures
  • HNC or HND in Electrical Engineering, or working towards higher vocational/degree-level qualifications
  • Strong general IT skills, including MS Office and technical analysis software
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within the UK and internationally
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with customers and partners
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing technical documentation and reports
  • Must already have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom (no visa sponsorship available)
