Job Duties

  • Assisting patients with hygiene, dressing, mobility and daily care safely.
  • Supporting nurses and clinical teams during patient treatment and recovery processes.
  • Assisting with cast applications and ongoing fracture care management.
  • Observing patients and reporting physical or psychological condition changes promptly.
  • Maintaining accurate records, charts and clinical documentation for effective communication.
  • Supporting infection control, fire safety, COSHH and manual handling compliance.
  • Cleaning and organising clinical areas, equipment and storage facilities regularly.
  • Building positive relationships with patients, carers, relatives and multidisciplinary professionals.
