Responsibilities
- Coordinate day‑to‑day delivery of a portfolio of DHVL research projects, tracking milestones and deliverables
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, risk registers, Gantt charts, and status reports
- Support data collection, analysis, and reporting for internal and external stakeholders
- Liaise with academic, clinical, and commercial partners to ensure smooth communication and scheduling
- Ensure compliance with funder, audit, GDPR, and governance requirements
- Support preparation, costing, and submission of grant and commercial funding applications
- Work with University and NHS governance teams on ethics, approvals, and information governance processes
- Organise and support meetings, workshops, and events, following up on actions and outcomes
- Provide high‑quality administrative and documentation support using standard and bespoke templates
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project management tools, systems, and processes
Requirements
- Qualification at SCQF Level 8 (or equivalent) or equivalent professional experience in a similar role
- Strong understanding of project planning, risk and issue management
- Knowledge of UK clinical research legal and ethical frameworks
- Experience supporting or coordinating projects in complex or innovation‑driven environments
- Excellent written, organisational, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft 365 and collaborative tools such as SharePoint
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Experience in digital health, NHS, or academic research environments is an advantage
