The University of the West of Scotland (UWS) is seeking a skilled Programme Manager to lead a portfolio of change programmes and projects at its Paisley Campus. This full-time, 12-month fixed-term role offers a salary of £58,225–£67,468 per annum and may be eligible for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship.

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving transformational change and embedding a strong change culture across the University, with opportunities to deputise for the Head of the Programme Management Office (PMO) on specific matters.

About Role

As Programme Manager, you will oversee the delivery of multiple projects, ensuring alignment with UWS’s strategic objectives. You will manage inputs from project teams, implement structured benefits realisation processes, and ensure programmes adhere to best practice methodologies such as MSP and PRINCE2.

Responsibilities
