Responsibilities
- Lead the front-of-house team to deliver warm, efficient, and premium guest service
- Drive sales through upselling of brunch, plated desserts, and retail products
- Run daily service briefings to align the team on priorities, promotions, and launches
- Train and mentor staff in guest experience, upselling, and complaint handling
- Coordinate with kitchen and barista teams on new menu and product launches
- Act as the first point of contact for guest issues and ensure effective service recovery
- Oversee FOH stock, consumables, and daily operational readiness
