Responsibilities
  • Ensure the efficient organisation and delivery of booking, scheduling, and clerical services in line with Trust policies
  • Manage and support the administrative team alongside the Operational Manager
  • Directly supervise clerical staff, including rota planning, sickness monitoring, and annual appraisals
  • Act as the senior point of contact in the absence of the Operational Manager
  • Develop and maintain systems and processes to improve efficiency and performance
  • Monitor service quality and ensure activity and performance targets are met
