2025 Ernst and Young (EY) Graduate Trainee Programme for Young Nigerian Graduates

Applications have been declared open for the 2025 Ernst and Young (EY) Graduate Trainee Programme.

Graduate Trainees at EY are tasked with working on various engagements in different industry sectors, including financial services, energy and utilities, oil and gas, telecommunications, industrial products, automotive, retail and consumer products, and real estate.

Requirements

• Graduates from Accounting / Finance / Economics / Actuarial Sciences; Computer Sciences, Mathematics, and any other course.
• Must have completed mandatory National Youth Service (NYSC).
• Professional qualifications such as CPA/ ACCA/ CIMA, and other relevant certifications is an added advantage.
• A minimum of second class upper degree.
• Demonstrable interest in any of EY’s Core Service Lines of Assurance, Consulting, Strategy & Transactions, and Tax.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Other languages are a plus.
• High level of motivation and drive to start a career in professional services.
• Analytical and critical thinking.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to high quality and accuracy.
