We are embarking on an exciting new chapter of data growth, driving the company's AI strategy and supporting our brands in achieving data-powered product success. Our team ensures the organisation can respond effectively to the evolving data landscape, acting as a vital hub for innovation across our world-famous brands.
Your Role: We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to oversee the delivery and dependency management of a complex squad that serves as a vital conduit for product teams across the business. You will lead a self-organised, highly motivated team with members in London, Bangalore, and Sofia, focusing on the detailed capture and transposition of product data. Reporting to the Head of Delivery, Data, you will build upon established agile foundations to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Day to day you will:
- Take a methodical approach to prioritising and co-ordinating work requests that come into the team.
- Manage stakeholders across multiple newsbrands through proactive communication and exception handling.
- Use metrics effectively to identify and implement opportunities for process improvement.
- Tailor facilitation techniques to achieve great outcomes in challenging situations.
- Apply agile approaches to build a collaborative, cross-functional team that delivers consistent value.
- Transform complex, high-level business proposals into clear roadmaps with accurately estimated release plans.
