We are seeking a Data Governance and Enablement Manager to lead our data governance strategy, ensuring data protection and ethical use aligned with business goals. This role involves developing frameworks, policies, and metrics to embed data governance as a strategic asset.
Responsibilities
- Transform data governance into a strategic business partner aligned with KPIs
- Communicate the value of data governance to stakeholders
- Define and implement data governance strategies and frameworks
- Establish metrics to track data quality and governance maturity
- Lead on data management topics: Data Quality, Privacy, and Information Management
- Collaborate with Data Protection, Cyber Security, and Technology teams
- Conduct internal reviews and report on data governance progress
Qualifications
- Experience implementing data governance frameworks, including roles, policies, and tools
- Ability to adapt frameworks to specific business needs
- Understanding of data management practices and regulatory requirements (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Experience with Data Governance tools (e.g., Collibra, Informatica, Alation)
