The Sun has a mass-market audience and aims to appeal to a diverse audience in the UK and beyond.

We are looking for a reporter to join our award-winning Consumer team doing casual shifts. You will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for uncovering stories that impact consumers' everyday lives. You will be responsible for investigating consumer issues, reporting on the latest trends, and providing our readers with insightful and actionable information. The role will cover a wide range of personal finance topics, including money saving and business stories.

Day to day you will:

  • Have a hunger to beat our rivals day in day out, by breaking news and writing exclusive news stories and features online and in print.
  • Bags of ideas and the ability to generate exclusives from your own sources and contacts.
  • Write brilliant headlines and copy at speed in the famous Sun style.
