You’ll understand what the brand stands for, honest, relatable, and unfiltered conversations about family life, and bring sharp editorial instincts, creative energy, and a passion for content that truly connects. Your Role: As a Producer on No Parental Guidance, you’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering the show’s content, bringing fresh, relevant editorial ideas that reflect the realities of modern parenting. You’ll be hands-on across the production process, attending shoots, supporting recordings, and working closely with the hosts to develop engaging, conversation-led episodes. Building a strong working relationship with talent will be key, helping to create a comfortable environment where honest, unfiltered conversations can thrive.

Alongside this, you’ll take the lead on researching and pitching episode ideas, ensuring content stays topical, relatable, and aligned with the show’s voice. You’ll also support the wider team in delivering episodes from concept through to publication, maintaining high editorial standards throughout.

Day to day you will:

  • Support the delivery of our flagship vodcast format and contribute to its ongoing growth
  • Work with the Commissioning Editor on content planning and development
  • Oversee guest bookings, sourcing and coordinating relevant and exciting talent
  • Assist with pre-production, filming, and post-production processes
  • Write briefs, scripts, and episode outlines
  • Support on set during recordings, helping manage talent and ensure smooth shoots
  • Write engaging copy for episode publishing and promotion
  • Pitch and develop new content ideas
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality social and supporting content
  • Liaise with commercial teams on sponsored content where required
