You will be joining the team responsible for planning and execution of digital brand partnerships. We work closely with our peers in all parts of the organisation to build world class products and services that our customers love.

Your role

You will be responsible for coordinating and providing best in class management of brand digital campaigns. Reporting directly into the Head of Digital Account Management, you will help us deliver innovative commercial campaigns and maintain a client led service offering. You will be a key stakeholder in leading the delivery of News UK’s commercial digital campaigns with the support of the Ozone Project Operations team.

Day to Day You Will

  • Lead the implementation of format campaigns in collaboration with The Ozone Project.
  • Support brand partnership briefs and pitches technically across all media properties, including ad servers, branded content, and social media.
  • Compile campaign analysis and post-campaign reports to ensure high-quality service and insights for clients.
  • Act as the primary contact for delivery, optimisation, and reporting for all digital brand partnerships and paid social campaigns.
  • Provide ongoing recommendations and commentary to ensure campaign KPIs are fully achieved.
  • Contribute to commercial strategies that align with the overarching goals and missions of the business.
  • Partner closely with the operations hub at the Ozone Project for all digital format deliverables.
  • Collaborate with Ad Operations specialists to implement and enforce best practices both internally and externally.
  • Manage daily relationships with a variety of stakeholders and clients across different levels of seniority.
  • Identify process improvements and support the integration of changes to enhance efficiency.
  • Initiate projects that develop company efficiencies and improve customer service.
  • Serve as a centre of expertise for digital knowledge, supporting the wider organisation.

  • Display proficiency in Excel and Google Analytics to provide detailed commentary and optimisation recommendations.
  • Communicate complex technical challenges and solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical colleagues.
