Your role sits within The Sun Marketing team, part of the wider Sun Customer Revenue Team. The customer is at the heart of everything we do and we are committed to creating long term loyal customers through driving engagement, improving customer experience and creating enhanced products that meet our customers' evolving needs.

Reporting into the CRM Lead, you will be responsible for the delivery of our small to medium sized CRM campaigns. You will have a passion for data, a can-do attitude and an eye for detail, and be able to manage and prioritise your workload in a fun and fast-paced environment.

Day to day you will:

  • Transform marketing briefs into high-quality, omni-channel campaigns, ensuring all content, links and assets align with the original request.
  • Use our data and delivery platforms to query new and existing audiences in line with briefs, ensuring the correct segments are targeted and ready for campaign activation.
  • Build simple to medium campaigns and journeys, including single touchpoint, and triggered automations.
  • Perform end-to-end testing and quality checks of every campaign, including validating dynamic content logic and checking the technical set up within the deployment platforms.
  • Apply consistent naming conventions and tracking parameters to every campaign to ensure the Data & Analytics team can accurately and efficiently report on performance.
  • Regularly monitor automated processes, delivery rates, bounce rates and unsubscribes, flagging data discrepancies or issues to Senior team members.
  • Support AB testing, setting up split tests for subject line, creative or time of day experiments.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation.
  • Support senior colleagues in the delivery of large and complex campaigns.

What we’re looking for from you:

  • At least 1 year’s experience using CRM marketing platforms.
  • Comfortable using a SQL database.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Good communication skills.
