The customer is at the heart of everything we do and we are committed to creating long term loyal customers through driving engagement, improving customer experience and creating enhanced products that meet our customers evolving needs.

Your role: Reporting into the CRM Manager, the CRM Executive will have creative flair, an eye for attention to detail and be a quick learner who is able to pivot in a fast paced environment. You will be a critical team member, owning and leading on multiple projects including our tier 1 promotions, targeting, reporting and optimisation of our BAU calendar.

Day to day you will:

  • Responsible for interpreting briefs, understanding objectives and managing stakeholders to deliver output on time and accurately.
  • Responsible for coordinating small to medium campaigns (specifically Hols for £9.50, Superdays and Dream Team) including planning, asset briefing, stakeholder management and campaign build.
  • Monitor and report on email deliverability and investigate any deliverability issues if they arise.
  • Manage the weekly performance reporting to make data driven recommendations.
  • Implement testing plans on content, delivery and data.
  • Experience in using personalisation and dynamic targeting/content to increase conversion and engagement.

What we’re looking for from you:

  • Experience of CRM/email marketing.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience of Adobe campaign, Moveable Inc and Tableau is desired but not compulsory.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.

If you think you have what it takes but don’t tick every requirement on the list, please do apply. We recognise that considering someone’s potential as well as their experience is a great way to hire. We want to hear from people who have a passion to learn and develop.

We offer a flexible working arrangement where employees are expected to be in the office a minimum of three days per week. For the remaining two days, there is the option to work remotely if desired.
