Your Team: You will join the Events Marketing team, a collaborative group responsible for connecting the right people with our event content and sponsor goals. We work across functions including programming, sales, and operations to deliver exceptional experiences. By bridging the gap between strategy and execution, we ensure our events resonate with our target audiences and deliver value to our partners.
Your Role: As an Audience Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in executing clear audience strategies and driving engagement for our events. You will own the day-to-day delivery, translating high-level strategy into detailed execution plans while managing data integrity and campaign optimisation. This is an exciting opportunity to act as a go-to partner for editorial and commercial teams, using data and insights to shape who we bring into the mix and ensuring we reach the right audience every time.
Day to day You Will:
- Execute detailed audience plans, translating strategy into action to ensure campaign readiness and targeting accuracy.
- Optimise targeting and messaging by A/B testing subject lines and value propositions to improve conversion rates.
- Manage CRM hygiene and data integrity, including building, cleaning, and segmenting lists from various sources like LinkedIn and Beauhurst.
- Collaborate with programming, commercial, and marketing stakeholders to align themes and share insights that shape the agenda.
- Drive high-touch outreach to VIPs and C-suite prospects while managing waitlists and discount codes to ensure strong turnout.
- Produce daily and weekly dashboards on registrations and pipeline performance to flag risks and make course corrections.
What we're looking for from you:
- Proficiency in CRM management and data segmentation with a keen eye for detail and GDPR compliance.
- Ability to interpret data to create weekly performance dashboards and actionable post-event reports.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and secure external partnerships.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, capable of flagging risks and making course corrections during campaign cycles.
- Experience in executing integrated campaigns across email, paid media, and social channels.
- Demonstrated history of managing high-touch outreach or key stakeholder relationships.
