As a Sous Chef, you will play a crucial role in the success of our kitchen operations. Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate kitchen activities, ensuring efficient and high-quality food production

  • Assist with managing inventory and controlling food costs
  • Train and mentor kitchen staff, providing guidance and support
