Are you a motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We are looking for an organised, proactive and hard-working Team Leader to play a key role in keeping our operation running smoothly and efficiently. In this exciting position, you’ll help ensure every flight departs fully prepared and on schedule, while supporting the Department Manager in driving daily operational excellence. You’ll take ownership of team performance, lead by example and contribute directly to achieving operational targets in a dynamic and rewarding workplace.

Reports to: Department Manager

Shifts: Rotating Shift Pattern 4 on 2 off, 2 earlies, followed by 2 lates

Start times: Between 5.00 am – 7.00 am, (subject to change) 8 and half hour shifts

Rate: £14.01 per hour

Location: Manchester
