Flight Planning Administrator

Title: FlightPlanning Administrator

Reports to: IT Sytems Manager

Based at: LondonGatwick

Shifts: Thursday to Monday (Rest daysTuesday and Wednesday)

Timings:7.00am to 15.30, working weekends

Salary: £30843.00

Rolesand Responsibilities:

1. Building and maintainingrelationships with key client personnel.
2. Co-ordinate with all operationalstakeholders, in particular the kitchen staff to ensure outbound trolleys areon schedule.
3. Accurately entering flightinformation.
4. Print Flight labels, check sheetsand various security paperwork.
5. Monitor and update systems withscheduled flight vs actual operating flights, to include aircraft types, flightmenus and departure times.
6. Action any flight changes promptlyand communicate to all relevant depts.
7. Ensure departments acknowledgerequest, and appropriate action is taken by relevant departments.
8. Logs changes on a trackerspreadsheet.
9. Print special meal labels andspecial meal reports.
10. Printforecast pax figures reports at each Air vision query period.
11. Draft,format, and print relevant documents.
12. Printsecurity paperwork.
13. Adhereto Unit safety measures in place.
14. Adhereto inflight services security compliance.
15. Adhereto clean as you go standard.
16. Comply with all unit Corporate, Social, Responsibility initiatives
17. Ensureyou are aware and comply with QHSE policies and procedures.
18. Ensureyou understand Newrest Non-negotiables and adhere to these at all times.
19. Interactwith, colleagues, customers and clients in a professional manner at all times.
20. Anyother duties as requested by your manager.
