As a Flight Co-ordinator you will be responsible for the accurate, timely and secure delivery of inflight catering services to aircraft. This role serves as the key liaison between Newrest and airline staff, ensuring that all food, beverages, equipment and special meal requests are handed over according to airline specifications and within tight operational timelines. You will play a critical role in maintaining service quality, compliance with aviation safety, hygiene standards and supporting a seamless inflight experience for airline passengers and crew.
Hours: 40 hours – 5 on 3 off shift pattern. Shift Times: Some 3.00 am starts and finish times up to 21.30 pm. Rate: £15.75 per hour. Location: Gatwick. Contract Type: Full time – Permanent. You must be flexible to work shifts as operations run seven days a week requirement (including evenings and public holidays), you will be required to extend shifts depending on airside operational requirements.
