Join Our Team as an Art Psychotherapist –
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £35,000 – £39,000 per annum
Location: Full time office based

Are you a compassionate and creative Art Psychotherapist with a passion for supporting vulnerable children and young people?
We\’re looking for someone like you to join our dynamic multi-disciplinary team, delivering high-quality clinical care within our services.
What will you be doing?
As a key member of our clinical team, you will;
- Provide individual therapy sessions tailored to the needs of our young people.
- Offer consultancy and support to staff teams across care and education settings.
- Contribute to multi-agency working to support holistic care planning.
- Conduct clinical assessments, develop formulations, and create intervention plans.
- Deliver training to staff teams across the organisation.
- Build strong working relationships internally and with external partners.
- Play a vital role in the integration of clinical, educational, and care services.
- Engage in continuous professional development and receive regular supervision.
What We’re Looking For:
You will need:
- HCPC registration or accreditation with BACP, BPS or a recognised equivalent.
- A Master’s-level qualification in Art Psychotherapy.
- Experience working within the Looked After Children/CAMHS system.
- A strong understanding of attachment theory and complex trauma.
- Experience working with children with autism and learning disabilities.
- Confidence in working systemically with carers, educators, and other professionals.
- The ability to deliver impactful training, consultancy, and therapeutic interventions.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and IT skills.
