Full-time & part-time roles | Up to £32,552 (including sleep-ins)

Our children have a wide range of complex needs and disabilities, including behaviours that may challenge, and they are supported by a well-established, experienced team.

We are now looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join us in delivering exceptional care and support within our vibrant residential setting.

Working across both the home and school, you will play a key role in helping our children grow, learn, and thrive as they prepare for adulthood.

Company Overview

New Reflexions is a childcare organisation dedicated to offering care, education, and therapy services. Join us in assisting vulnerable young individuals with Autism, Learning Disabilities, and complex needs, who require support with daily activities such as self-care.

What You’ll Do

  • Build positive, supportive relationships with young people aged 8–18
  • Support with daily routines such as self-care, household tasks, and emotional wellbeing
  • Encourage development through structured activities, education support, and community engagement
  • Promote independence and choice while ensuring a safe, nurturing environment
  • Work as part of a team to deliver care plans, track progress, and communicate with families and professionals
  • Follow a 2-on / 4-off shift pattern (with sleep-ins) plus part-time options (60, 90, or 120 hrs/month)
