We support vulnerable young people who need help with daily self-care and personal development.What You\’ll Do as a Residential Care Worker: Build positive, supportive relationships with young people aged 7–18Assist with daily routines such as self-care, household tasks, and emotional wellbeingEncourage development through structured activities, education support, and community engagementPromote independence and choice while ensuring a safe, nurturing environmentWork as part of a team to deliver care plans, track progress, and communicate with families and professionalsFollow a 2-on / 4-off shift pattern (with sleep-ins) plus part-time options (60, 90, or 120 hrs/month)Essential Requirements: Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to helpA calm and reliable nature in challenging situationsWillingness to complete (fully funded) QCF Level 3 trainingA true passion for supporting and inspiring children to thriveWhy Join New Reflexions?
