We are seeking people who are calm, conscientious, and compassionate, capable of tending to the daily requirements of our vulnerable young people (never done this before? Don’t worry – we will fully train you). New Reflexions 'where every child matters' are one of the leading organisations for providing specialist services across the UK. All our homes and schools are proudly rated OUTSTANDING or GOOD by Ofsted.
Salary: Up to £32,552 per annum. (Including Sleep-ins)
Location: Shropshire and Surrounding Areas
Working Pattern: Flexible working options are available for both full-time roles and part-time positions. (Requiring a 2 on 3 off rota and sleep-ins) 365-day service due to the nature of the work. (Overtime available)
Hours: As well as Full Time hours we also offer Part Time hours of 60, 90 or 120 hours per month.

Essential Requirements:
- A true passion for supporting and inspiring children to thrive
- A full UK manual driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Flexibility to work a rota pattern, including sleep-ins
- A desire to work in beautifully maintained homes, where you’ll care for just 2 or 3 children at a time.
